Syn-Draw 325SF

Syn-Draw 325SF is a synthetic coolant designed for the cutting and machining of a variety of metals. It incorporates a unique package of E.P. and boundary additives that confer exceptional lubricating characteristics which are balanced by the superior cooling power of water. It is recommended for the processing of steel and aluminium. Tests have shown it to be non-staining to most aluminium alloys.

Syn-Draw 325SF is miscible with water in all proportions and the concentration should be adjusted to match the severity of the operation. The synergistic mixture of biocides incorporated in the coolant was intended to prolong service life.

Syn-Draw 320-A

Syn-Draw 320-A is a clear, brown multi-purpose synthetic fluid designed for cutting, grinding, machining and metal deformation operations. It contains an outstanding extreme pressure agent, and a unique blend of boundary and lubricity additives to reduce friction and cutting forces while in service.

Syn-Draw 320-A is miscible with water in all proportions so the concentration can be readily adjusted to match the severity of an operation. The diluted solution is low-foaming, and leaves a light non-tacky residue that is easily cleanable from parts.

Syn-Draw 312-DF

Syn-Draw 312-DF is a chlorine and sulphur-free compound especially developed for the drawing, stamping and hydroforming of parts for the automotive industry. It was designed for use as supplied and when sprayed will cling to parts without dripping.

Syn-Draw 312-DF provides good corrosion protection and leaves a soft residue that can be readily cleaned from parts. It is particularly recommended for steel tube bending operations where it performed exceedingly well as a drip-free lubricant.

Syn-Draw 300D

Syn-Draw 300D is a synthetic micro emulsion designed for drawing applications. When mixed with water, it forms a transparent solution that provides good lubricity and load bearing capacity.

It is recommended for use on a variety of metal deformation operations. The concentration required will depend on the severity of the operation and usually varies from 10% to 40%.
