Environmental 360 Solutions, Inc. (E360S) today announced it has acquired Scaletta Group, which operates a waste transfer station in Belleville, Ontario.

The Scaletta Group was formed in the year 2006 and has become a leader in waste transfer and haulage across the province of Ontario and the states of New York and Michigan.

“I am pleased to welcome Scott Scaletta and the rest of the Scaletta Group employees to the E360S family. They share our vision and promise of trusted environmental management” said Danny Ardellini, Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer, Environmental 360 Solutions Inc. “This acquisition enables E360S to expand its footprint in Southern Ontario and provide additional services to both existing and new customers in the surrounding area. Additionally, we look forward to leveraging Scott Scaletta’s transfer station operational expertise which will enable us to make additional acquisitions within the transfer station sector across Canada.”

The acquisition of Scaletta Group is expected to be immediately synergistic with E360S’ previous acquisition of Manco in July 2019, and fits into E360S plan of expanding E360S’ presence in secondary markets along the eastern corridor of Ontario’s 401 highway.
