Environmental 360 Solutions Inc. (E360S) is pleased to announce it has acquired the shares of Apex Environmental Services Inc. (Apex), based in Barrie, Ontario.

Apex provides transport, transfer, and disposal of both regulated and non-regulated industrial waste streams. Apex’s goal is to treat 75%-80% of all accepted waste streams through its facilities to reduce the amount of material sent to landfill and maximize the amount of material recovery.
