Environmental 360 Solutions Ltd. (E360S) is pleased to announce that it has acquired the assets of C&S Disposal Inc. (“C&S” or the “Company”) headquartered in Alix, Alberta.

C&S has been locally owned and operated since 2019 and provides curbside collection, front-end and roll-off dumpsters, and portable toilet rentals to customers in Central Alberta.
