Environmental 360 Solutions Ltd. (E360S) is pleased to announce it has acquired the assets of Centre de Location St-Rémi (St-Rémi), based in St. Michel, Quebec.

St-Rémi has been in operating since 1998 in Saint Michel, Quebec, and provides services to construction sites, municipal parks, and outdoor exhibitions, festivals, weddings, and any other event that requires the service and maintenance of portable toilets. St-Rémi has been able to grow market share by providing excellent and responsive customer service and has long-term relationships with its customers.

Donato Ardellini, E360S’ Founder and CEO said “This is a great acquisition for E360S. This will serve as E360S’ entry into the Quebec portable toilet and sanitation service line. This follows E360S’ previous acquisition of Centreline Sanitation in March 2021 that provides similar services in Southern Ontario. The acquisition will fit synergistically with E360S’ existing and future planned operations in the Quebec marketplace and enable E360S to offer a holistic range of environmental services to its customers. E360S continues to execute on its goal of becoming Canada’s most trusted environmental management company.”
