Environmental 360 Solutions Inc. (E360S) is pleased to announce it has acquired Local Waste Services Corp. (“Local” or the “Company”) headquartered in Edmonton, Alberta.

Local Waste Services Corp. was founded in 2016 in Edmonton, Alberta, with a mission to provide waste service with the same level of sophistication as a multinational player, but with a customer service and community connection of a smaller business. Local provides solid and liquid waste collection including front load, roll off, compactors to institutional, commercial, industrial, portable toilet and fence rental, and residential services in Edmonton, Whitecourt, Calahoo, Sturgeon, Parkland and Lac St. Anne County in Alberta. In Saskatchewan, Local provides these same services in addition to a C&D recycling facility and transfer station which are vertically integrated with their Class 2 landfill near Minton, Saskatchewan.
