Environmental 360 Solutions Ltd. (“E360S”) is pleased to announce that it has acquired H2O Traitements Industriels Inc. (H2O) and MDR Traitements Industriels Inc. (MDR), (together the “Companies”) headquartered in Longueuil, Quebec.

H2O began operations in 2015 and operates a permitted disposal site specializing in industrial oily water, contaminated wastewater and sludges, and MDR provides transfer and disposal services for regulated hazardous materials.

E360S’ CEO, Donato Ardellini, said, “We welcome the sellers and employees of the Companies to the growing E360S team. The Companies will fit synergistically with E360S’ portfolio of waste management services in the Greater Montreal Area and the surrounding regions.
