Environmental 360 Solutions Ltd. (“E360S”) is pleased to announce that it has acquired Entreprise Location Toilettes Chimiques Aiken inc. (“LTCA” or the “Company”) headquartered in Sherbrooke, Quebec.

The Company has been locally owned and operated since 1987, and provides portable toilet rental and servicing to the Eastern Townships of Quebec.
