Environmental 360 Solutions Ltd. (“E360S”) is pleased to announce that it has acquired Conteneurs CES Inc. (the “Company”), headquartered in Saint-Blaise-sur-Richelieu, Quebec.

The Company provides roll off collection services in the Greater Montreal and Saint-Jean-sur-Richeliu areas.
