Environmental 360 Solutions Ltd. (“E360S”) is pleased to announce that it has acquired certain assets from Ez Bins (2018) Ltd. (the “Company”), headquartered in Okanagan Falls, British Columbia.

The Company provides roll off collection services in the Okanagan region, including Kelowna, Summerland, Penticton and Okanagan Falls.

E360S’ CEO, Donato Ardellini, said, “E360S is pleased to expand its roll off collection services in the Okanagan area with these assets. This acquisition complements E360S’ existing solid waste operations in Kelowna. We continue to execute on our goal of becoming Canada’s most trusted environmental management company.”
