Environmental 360 Solutions Ltd. (E360S) is pleased to announce that it has acquired Capital Paper Recycling Ltd. (“Capital Paper” or the “Company”) headquartered in Calgary, Alberta.  

Capital Paper has been operating for over 27 years servicing Calgary and Edmonton, Alberta. The Company has grown to become the largest independent paper recycler in Western Canada and specializes in sorting and consolidating bulk carboards, papers, and other recyclables. Capital Paper assists its municipal, commercial, industrial, and waste management customers in meeting their diversion and sustainability goals.
