Environmental 360 Solutions Ltd. (“E360S”) is pleased to announce that it has acquired Bluewater Sanitation Inc. (the “Company”), headquartered in Tiverton, Ontario.

Bluewater Sanitation Inc. provides portable toilet rental and servicing to Bruce, Grey, Huron, and Perth counties and the surrounding regions. The Company has been locally owned and operated for over 50 years.
