Environmental 360 Solutions (“E360S”) is pleased to announce that it has acquired a Class 1B Injection well from Luxur Resources Inc. (the “Company”) located in Aldersyde, Alberta.

Luxur Resources has operated the Class 1B injection well since 2020. The site can store 480 cubic meters on-site and inject 360 cubic meters per day. The facility is one of the closest permitted facilities to the City of Calgary.

E360S’ CEO, Donato Ardellini, said, “This injection well is a great complement to our existing portfolio of assets in the Province of Alberta and allows us to provide our customers with additional waste services.
