Environmental 360 Solutions (“E360S”) is pleased to announce that it has acquired a Class 1A injection well from Cancen Oil Processors Inc. (the “Company”) located in Morinville, Alberta.

Cancen Oil has operated the Class 1A injection well since 2015. The above-ground facility has a capacity of 477 cubic meters and can inject approx. 280 cubic meters per day. It is one of the closest open-to-public permitted facilities to the City of Edmonton.

E360S’ CEO, Donato Ardellini, said, “This injection well is a great complement to our existing portfolio of assets in the Province of Alberta and allows us to provide our customers with additional waste services.
