Environmental 360 Solutions Ltd. (E360S) is pleased to announce it has acquired the assets of JC Enviro Inc. (JC Enviro), based in Etobicoke, Ontario.

Founded in 2018, JC Enviro is a specialty environmental service company engaged in the management of hazardous and non-hazardous waste treatment, product destruction, and recycling. The Company handles products such as solvents, paint sludges, emulsions, contaminated water, and soil. JC is also a licensed recycler and transfer site facility, and is responsible for the preparation, labeling, transporting and disposal of hazardous materials.
