Environmental 360 Solutions Inc. (E360S) is pleased to announce that it has acquired Services De Rebuts Soulanges Inc., Centre de Traitement Sud Ouest Inc. and  Les Entreprises Hans Gruenwald Inc. (“Rebuts Soulanges” or the “Company”) headquartered in Vaudreuil-Dorion, Quebec.

Rebuts Soulanges has been operating for over 60 years servicing Southwest Quebec. The Company has grown to 77 trained full-time employees including the founder, Jean St-Pierre and Steve Gruenwald. The Company provides septic servicing and septic waste treatment to municipalities, commercial, and residential customers.
