Environmental 360 Solutions Ltd. (E360S) is pleased to announce it has acquired Future Waste Recycling Systems Inc. (Future), based in Thorold, Ontario.

Future is family owned and operated in Thorold, ON, approximately 12km outside of Niagara Falls and 15km from St. Catherines. Future provides waste transfer services to a wide variety of residential and commercial customers. The acquisition of Future will provide E360S a presence in the Hamilton, St. Catherines, and Niagara corridor of the QEW. The large facility will enable E360S to established its hub and facilitate organic growth in the region. The region represents an attractive demographic with over 1 million residents making it one of the most populous regions in Ontario outside of the GTA.
