Environmental 360 Solutions Ltd. (E360S) is pleased to announce it has acquired the assets of the Industrial Services Division of BM Services Inc., and the shares of Herby Enterprises Limited and Roztek Ltd. (the “Companies”), from Milman Industries based in Sudbury, Ontario.

The Companies specialize in commercial and industrial heavy-duty cleaning, non-destructive excavation, high pressure washing, industrial vacuuming, hydro-excavation. BM Services and Herby Enterprises and based in Sudbury, Ontario, and services the surrounding area, while Roztek is based in Timmins, Ontario. The acquisition represents an attractive tuck-in opportunity for E360S in Northern Ontario as E360S continues to achieve greater market leadership.
