Environmental 360 Solutions Inc. (E360S) is pleased to announce it has acquired Battlefield Supply Corp. (“Battlefield” or the “Company”) headquartered in Delacour, Alberta.

Battlefield Supply Corp. has been locally owned and operated since 2010 by Curtis Dansereau. Battlefield provides temporary fencing rental and sales in Calgary and surrounding area.

E360S’ CEO, Donato Ardellini said “We are excited welcome Battlefield’s President, Curtis Dansereau, and his dedicated employees to the E360S team. Curtis Dansereau have built a great business over the last 12 years and will serve as a platform for E360S to continue to build upon.
