Environmental 360 Solutions Ltd. (E360S) is pleased to announce it has acquired select liquid waste facilities, tank farms and associated assets from GFL Environmental Inc. (“GFL”) in Western Canada.

The acquisition will provide E360S with seven new facilities, including Kelowna, Prince George, and Nanaimo in British Columbia, Lloydminster, Nobleford, and Big Valley in Alberta, and Maidstone in Saskatchewan. E360S will continue to operate and grow the acquired facilities.

E360S’ CEO, Donato Ardellini said “We are excited to welcome the transferring employees to the growing E360S team.
